We had two ‘Comfort Rooms’ and our whole stay was EXCELLENT from the moment we arrived. We were formally welcomed by the owner add seen to our rooms which were really lovely, spacious, modern and very well presented with a lovely bottle of wine.
The facilities around the complex were very clean, secure, privates and the pool area was good size and fabulous!
Breakfast was very varied from choices of cereal, cheeses, eggs, bacon to whole range of yummy cakes!
All the staff were GREAT! very polite, happy to help and always smiling!
The beautiful sandy beaches of Avola are 10mins drive away.
The whole stay was FABULOUS and can’t rate the place high enough, other to say I travelled the whole of Sicily and this is one of the best places we’ve stayed as a family -Go experience it and enjoy your time in Avila, Noto, Siracusa and all the other surrounding towns.

It was our second time at tramonto ibleo resort and for sure not the last.
Nice staff and very modern, clean and relaxing resort.

First of all we had a delayed flight, that caused that we nearly couldn’t make it to the hotel by 20:00, when the staff leaves. We were renting a car, but ran into some problem with deposit at the airport and was forced to take a 140EUR taxi. When we arrived, the following days we obviously wanted to see the city. We asked for taxi service, but they don’t have that. We were told there were no car rental options and we could take a private taxi, which costed 100 EUR for a 20 min drive. Fortunately we met some locals at the hotel, which talked to the staff for us, which are btw horrible at English. When he approached them, they suddenly knew of a car rental firm. We didn’t have a car for 4/7 days and its impossible to walk anywhere from there. They don’t serve food and they threw out our water bottles in the fridge, to replace them with their own that you had to pay for. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a car, and don’t care about room service interrupting you meanwhile you’re at the toilet.

Nice clean rooms with bare minimum toiletries which are not replaced when cleaning, even if they are empty. Pool is nice but super small compared to the amount of occupancy which this resort can take, in fact we didn’t get to use it as it was overcrowded. The resort has parking which is super hard to carry luggages through as the ground is not flat but filled with small stones. You are not allowed to park in the parking having a flat ground even though we obtained permission from the receptionist. We were told off by resort staff. One of the receptionists spoke English which is a rarity and a plus. Even though resort rules state that resort is to be kept quiet, this resort is super noisy! Our room was near a table soccer and we couldn’t even take a nap in the afternoon with all the noise! No peace and quiet exists here. Pool area not wheelchair accessible. No restaurant but the resort has a bar.

What a great resort set in a quite area! We stayed there for a week with kids and had a great time. Rooms were very nice, updated, cleaned regularly, no complaints. The pool area was well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun there. They also serve drinks there and the sunbeds and umbrellas are free. There is only 1-2 restaurants within walking distance but you have to walk on the side of the road to get there. As there are no sidewalks, a car is definitely recommended. It's a great place to stay at and a good staring point to explore southern Sicily. Breakfast was included and we appreciated the quality of the food even though the variety was not that big. My only suggestion for this resort is to start the breakfast earlier. I would have preferred it at 7 and it only started at 8. The main reason being that by the time you eat and drive to the beach it is already quite hot.(we were there at the end of Aug). Other than that, Kudos for a great property and keep up the good work!

Prenotati sette giorni prima. Due giorni prima la nostra bimba si ammala, chiediamo se possibile spostare le date (da prenotazione non avevamo fatto possibilità di cancellazione, quindi eravamo consapevoli che se non saremmo andati avremmo perso tutto), non ci vengono incontro (nonostante la bassa stagione) nonostante da sito si spacciano per "a livello familiare" ecco, noi abbiamo perso tutto! Consiglio quando andate soprattutto con bimbi fate sempre in modo di cancellare nel caso all'ultimo minuto non potete andare
